"I like it here , for the most part only thing is you guys try to tow people cars with expired tags even if they live here i do not like that . Some people can’t afford to renew their tags right away and they be needing they vehicles especially people like me who got kids. I honestly feel like that should have nothing to do with yall it’s not like renewing the tags you guys are responsible for so pinetree you definitely need to reconsider that . Cause that is crazy but other than that so far its okay here i mind my business so no complaints ."

"Amber is very nice and listen she gets things taken are of asap when I need something fixed it gets done I do wish they would change the swimming pool to a spray park I take my grandkids to the spray parks in the summer but it would be a lot better for me if it was one here"

"My experience is mostly a good one. My largest issues are some neighbors and the maintenance. In the past 2 years, I have problems with some of the people living here fighting with each other. Cops being called several times a week. Things like this. It has been better, but there are still some stuff going on. Now the is kids playing in the streets with no parents around, I saw a 2 or 3 year old running in the streets. Another issue is staffing, it seems like they are changing people who work here a lot, so sometimes a work would be lost and we have make a new one."

"Ok so y'all know me I give real no holds bar reviews. First let's start with management ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐guys it was quick painless and efficient,my info was verified in under 24hrs. (Never had that experience before) LaQuisha,Sarah and Summer I'd like to say thank you I had zero stress throughout the whole process. The apartment was immaculate.. guys I'm still filling out the move in checklist theres not alot that I've had to mark for repairs and what I did have to mark aren't immediate issues,the apartments are well managed (though I just moved here will update if need be)all in all I'll give pine tree ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ until they prove otherwise."

"Summer the property manager is wonderful, from start to finish she has helped my mother and I completely through the process of renting an apartment from her and if it weren’t for her and her staff we wouldn’t be so excited to move into this property, they have done everything possible to make sure our needs are being met and I’ve never had such a great experience renting from anywhere in my entire life, I cannot wait to move in, we are so happy we found this place, keep up the great work and thank you very much Summer, Julie, Amber and the rest of the staff, you all deserve more than a five star review!"
