"Have lived here since 2010. The management here when I first moved was great. After that is had kept going down hill. It has taken over 2 months to get the front outside fire sprinkler fixed and I still have a hole in my dining room ceiling. Love my apartment. Neighbors ok at times."

"This is going on my 5th year here and I can’t find a better cheaper place to stay. I got lucky with my neighbors. We all been here for years with each other and we’re pretty quiet and respectful to each other. I live in a 3 bdrm and it’s bigger then most apartments I’ve been in. They do take section 8 but if your not on it it’s 1010 a month and all you pay is electric. I don’t really think you can beat that with the price increase that’s happening. The only downside is the pool. I personally think they should get rid of it and just add a gym instead. Lol. Also the leasing office lets you use their space for events with a 200 deposit you get right back as long as nothing is messed up. It’s really a decent place to live."
