"I have been trying to get ahold of the office all day and no one is answering will definitely not be picking these apartments plus the mother of my kid can’t get ahold of them either plus they have roaches in the main building and won’t do the proper exterminations to get rid of the problem"

"Trash. Steer clear from here. You'd be better off in a tent. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs, they take over the laundry rooms, bugs, garage doors falling apart, the upstairs toilet pours into the unit below, they will not fix the air, maintenance is terrible. Maintenance is incompetent and knows nothing. It is shocking he can change a light bulb. No one is ever in the office. You can't get anyone on the phone. Just don't do it."

"I do not recommend these apartments to nobody! My years of being here haven’t been pleasant at all. Management changed numerous times, landlords never in office and Rhonda is just sad. They would rather mess with your personal things than be responsive to much needed maintenance work. Furnace leaked TWICE 1st had it fixed, then it leaked again a few weeks later and we haven’t gotten ANY help but have been around wet a** carpet for over a week! I have Children and this is sad. Car has gotten towed, broken into, and shot at all while being here. Trash is everywhere, they have pests problems, they just don’t care about the tenants so please if you’re reading this take your hard earned money else where!"
