"The front Desk attendant Sarah was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her duties of service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best customer service and hotel service we've ever received! How this lady isn't the manager, I'll never know. She deserves a raise that's for sure. We ran into some issues while staying there, personal that is and she was quick to assist. She's an asset to the hotel for sure! Rooms a very clean, the whole place is clean and tidy. Pool was amazing! Kids had a blast. Had more of a variety of breakfast foods which was nice! I just can't say enough about this place! Best "bang for your buck" around! Give it shot. You won't regret it!!!"

"We had initially booked the Comfort Suites in Central Omaha but luckily were able to switch to the West location after reading reviews. This location had rave reviews and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Our room was super spacious, quiet and clean which was perfect for our family of four. Location was terrific as we were only 15 minutes from a lot of shopping, dining & entertainment on the west end of Omaha. We would gladly stay here again!"
