They were so kind and respectful through the entire process. "We will not ever go back and do not trust them with my dog. We went in to get our pup a simple nail trimming, (plus weighing her and a heart worm test) and the trimming was awful. In the pictures below you can see that we left with MULTIPLE nails cut way too short. I can understand one nail being cut too short on accident, but whoever cut her nails didn’t seem to care and went ahead and cut another THREE way too short. Our pup has been bleeding on and off all evening from most of her nails that were cut, and she bleeds just from walking outside to use the bathroom. It is completely ridiculous that no one paid enough attention to see their first mistake, and continued to make them causing our dog to be in pain while getting trimmed, and at home while simply walking. And to top it off when I brought up how short they were cut and that she was bleeding while we were still at the vet, all we got was an “oops” . We will most definitely never come back, and if there is a refund option you bet we’re taking it. It’s unacceptable that this many nails were cut too short."
