"The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. We wasted an hour trying to find a round table and the staff was no help. Not only that, but we were accused of wandering around without making a purchase (because we couldn’t find what we were looking for) and subsequently kicked out of the store. Go to Home Depot or another location, because this Menards cares more about making a security quota than helping its customers."

"Ordered a return air grill and got a bvent tee. I've been trying to return it for 2 weeks and at least a dozen phone calls plus chat and email. I've received nothing but the runaround it'll them. How do I get the item I ordered from them? I've tried local stores, distribution center and corporate numbers. The same bull every time. Their stores are incapable of any sort of customer service! Don't use them!!!! Go to Home Depot or Lowe's. They know how to take care of customers. Menards does not. BOYCOTT MENARDS!!!!!!"

"We do a lot of business here, we were looking for 6 lights they had 5. We knew the west side also had them, and we don't get over there very often. So we asked the customer service if they could have 1 sent from the west store over. The gal at customer service told us that's a whole separate store and their not together. ??? Not the first time customer service has been no help, they just tell to look it up on the internet yourself."

"Menards is so much more than tools and home improvement. So starting off in the parking lot, looking at the building, you enter on the left side and exit on the right si a good deal of people tend to park in the center or on the right if they plan to make a large purchase. When you go inside, yes, for sure, you will see an overwhelming amount of home improvement items, however, you will also see lots of normal "home" items as well. What I mean by that is charging cords, food, cleaning supplies, clothing, pet supplies, and so much more. I also find, even without the rebate, which I find obnoxious, the items are actually priced very reasonablely. I always make it a point to buy our dog bones there because they are a better price than the pet stores and they have a great variety of dog toys. I also find great items for my cats as well. I love Menards and enjoy my adventure through the store each time I go in."
