"Walked in this place and needed some nuts and washers. The 3 clowns working at the back were only a few feet from me. I was there like 25 minutes and not one asked if I needed help. Were making jokes about their high school teachers instead. A good 'ol boy walked up to the counter and he got a "Hi, can I help you?" Went to the ACE on 41st and it was like night and day. Professional and courteous. Never going to the one on Sycamore again."
