"I’m disappointed with the decreasing quality of my experience at this runnings. I always liked runnings and was very excited when this one opened up in my neighborhood. Since opening, my experience has gone downhill each time. This time while simple proves the bigger point. I stood at the gun counter for several minutes while two staff talk to each other, and ignored me. Generally speaking the staff are aloof and discourteous. Since so I know exactly what I want, I guess I’ll just purchase it elsewhere."

"Great selection of products in this Runnings. I have never left empty-handed when I needed something. The helpful staff was happy to direct me to the locations of items I was looking for."

"Clean and organized store. Helpful and friendly employees. Dog friendly so I brought my Aussie with me and she loved it. She picked out a toy and they had more than an aisle full of a variety of toys. Lots of dog toys, training aids for hunting dogs, and every type of dog supplies that you might need. Great store."

"We went to the Runnings Store on East 10th today to look for a new handgun for me, a woman with some hand strength issues. Mike at the firearms area was AWESOME. He answered all my questions, suggested items, didn't get upset by all the ones my husband wanted me to try. I was having some back pain and Mark, another of the employees in the firearms area, suddenly showed up with a chair for me. I have not had that kind of customer service before. I was surprised and very impressed by that compassion. We did get a new handgun for my husband. I will definitely go back to Runnings for any other firearms purchases."

"I went in with some basic preconseptions on what I would find and I was pleased with what I needed up seeing. First, I suppose I knew there would be clothes but didn't expect to walk away with a very cute sundress. I knew the would have animal supplies but the variety of dog toys and training items were fantastic. I knew there would be some home improvement items but I have no idea how large of a store it would really be. I was also pleased to see a large section of food and treats."
