"I sure wish I didn't even have to give a star here because they don't deserve one! My sons went in here last week and my sister overheard a couple male staff making snide comments about them. Who are they to judge people that go in there to shop? Neither have a criminal record of any kind, and are both taking college classes. Shame on these two men to stand there, say negative things. And then have the audacity to peek around the corner as they shopped. A big company like Target might not even know this is going on but I'm writing to their corporate headquarters for sure! I guess don't go in here if you are brown."

"There was an issue with an item I had ordered. The manager apologized to me and did everything she could to try and make it right (forgot to get her name). Her and Rico were awesome and absolutely not only made my day but the holidays as well and were able to make it right! I really appreciate everything they did for me and walked out of the store with a big grin and feeling very thankful! Thank you to that manager and Rico!"

"my family and i were the only black customers in this target, and it became abundantly clear that we were being racially profiled. from the moment we walked in, an undercover security officer began following us throughout the store. this individual made no effort to conceal their intentions, as they blatantly trailed us, making it impossible for us to enjoy a simple shopping trip. it was quite clear that their scrutiny was exclusively focused on us, as they ignored other shoppers and seemingly singled us out for no apparent reason. the racial profiling we experienced was not only humiliating but also deeply unsettling. we were simply in the store to purchase an album, and we were not engaging in any suspicious behavior that would warrant such extreme surveillance. it is both unjust and distressing that we were subjected to this discrimination based on our race. to make matters worse, this security officer and other staff displayed no professionalism, courtesy, or respect. we were made to feel unwelcome and unsafe in an establishment where we should have felt just the opposite. this experience has left a lasting negative impact on our perception of this target store. i encourage target to prioritize diversity and inclusion, and to ensure that their security staff is trained to treat all customers with the respect and dignity they deserve. this was highly inappropriate and we promptly left right after."

"Went in to look for a toy that was a limited time item but it looks like we went looking for it a little too late as it was all out or rather, we didn't see a place for it on the shelves so, while that was disappointing, the store itself was bright, clean, and we'll maintained. It was very busy which is standard for the location but we're were still able to check out very quickly. We didn't have any big encounters with staff but the few folks we saw seemed to be working well and had an overall casual disposition. A fine store with lots of good options."
