"Love Costco, but in the last year or so we've had negative interactions with employees. Really it's mostly one person, but that person is there every time we shop and it ruins the day with their weird behavior. Unfortunately this might have to be the last year we are members."

"Our family is very impressed with various aspects of this store ; especially the optical staff and those throughout the store that solicit if you need help or get you to appropriate resource that can provide an assist. The food products are great, timely sale of items, discounted gift cards, occasional quick meal from food court, etc. Today was another whole experience. I had the opportunity to work with tire service group for a plug/patch. First, I was told 1h 45m wait time. After close to 3 hours I solicited status with same salesperson that rung up sale. Sebastian was very nonchalant and lacked professionalism. How about a text or call to say wait would be longer than planned. Then to top it off all four tires left the shop with different psi than manufacturer recommendations. Some tires were even at 39psi after car sat for 3 hours thus tires were cold. The norm for this tire is 35. Costco, you can do better. My rating reflects 5 stars for normal shopping activity and 1 star for tire service."

"Friendly people, quick unloading. That was my experience as a truck driver. My appointment was at 8AM but they took me at 6AM. Here’s the Receiving hours, It will sure help another driver. ❤️"

"Absolute worst customer service by all employees. My child (not 18 yet) went with me to shop at Costco. She decided she wanted to buy a bean bag chair with her own money. The girl (Virginia) at the checkout was more worried with flirting with the male helper than she was with doing her job. When we got up to the front of the line they would not allow my daughter pay for her bean bag with her own money because she does not have her own card. We weren’t allowed to do 2 transactions. She wasn’t allowed to hand me the card or cash either. Virginia made me pay for it with one transaction or we weren’t allowed to purchase. Cool rule Costco, you just lost another customer. I’d rather shop at your competitor as they are respectful always!"

"Costco is the perfect place to get just about everything and their selection of GF items is huge! I always know I can get what I need and at a fair price for the quantity. The downside to this huge shopping experience is that it always seems to be busy. I went in during the middle of the day and found very few parking spaces available and every isle had customers in them. Such a huge place and so very busy but worth the haul every time."
