"UPDATE: So as you can see lewis reached out in their reply for me to contact them through the site they gave me below. I did just that I replied once with all the information and I get no response so I wait maybe 3 weeks roughly and reply again asking if there was any other information they needed and of course I get no response from them. Clearly when they respond to our reviews especially the "bad" ones they only respond for the public eye! Obviously they won't respond. But it's their loss we have been nothing but a loyal customer for the last 9 years!! I just hope this doesn't happen to anybody else!! I have never left a review before but I feel like this should be shared because it can happen to anyone. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and I loved everyone who worked there. Recently I went in on Monday Nov 27th and not 2 minutes in some guy from security came up to me accusing me of shoplifting. I thought he was joking he wouldn't let me speak or tell me what he was talking about he just kept saying get out. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. I left and I called that store 3 times trying to figure out what they were talking about. Nobody wanted to listen. Mind you I have never stolen in my entire life! The security manager just kept saying they have proof I asked to see it he said nope. Clearly they have mistaken me for somebody else I understand an honest mistake but they need to know it was not me and it was a mistake in identity!! If I was the one who stole WHY would I try and call to figure things out? Other than the security guards I spoke with and a floor manager I have high respect for all the cashiers that have helped me throughout my years of being a LOYAL customer. I wanted to share my story because it can happen to anyone even if you are innocent they won't listen! I wanted to add I guess they were talking about they have caught me before and kicked me out before but again it was not me I don't steal and I have never been kicked out of a store."

"Nice clean store. The employees were respectful and more than willing to help me find what I was looking for when I asked them. They didnt make me uncomfortable by following me around and they were easy to find when I needed them. Very nice cashier lady. She was sweet. The employees gave me a better feeling and experience than I usually have when shopping at other stores. So Ill probably make it my go to place to shop when Im in sioux falls and need something they have. They pretty much have a little bit of everything with better quality and less options to overwhelm me. Great deals and fair pricing for everything I needed."
