"I recently moved out, but I must say that I had an amazing experience living at Velocity. The office staff, Peggy and Tianna, were very helpful and caring. They were always available to quickly resolve any issues that I had. The maintenance staff were also great at keeping the grounds and units well-maintained and were quick to fix any problems. The amenities offered to tenants, including the pool, dog park, game rooms, fitness center, yoga room, rooftop patio, and grill, were all fantastic. Additionally, I had very friendly neighbors, and the neighborhood was great. The river walk was also just a block away, which was very convenient. I highly recommend living at Velocity if you plan on moving to the East Village."

"Love this building! I have a studio, and I really enjoy the layout and the kitchen is really big and designed really well. I also really like the modern feel with the fresh cabinets and exposed ductwork. The in-unit washer dryer is amazing, and there is so much storage. The building management is so helpful and friendly, and there is a lot more of a neighborly feeling than many other places I have lived. Amenities include gym, yoga room, club room, rooftop with grills, pool, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, bike storage and the building is pet-friendly!"
