"Apartments themselves are very nice, but they are so poorly made. I can hear every single noise my upstairs neighbors make constantly all day. It makes living here miserable especially when there’s obnoxious stomping at 2am and you can’t get sleep ever and nobody in management really cares to do anything about it even when it’s violating the lease everyone signed. I would not recommend these apartments unless you never want peace and quiet."

"Will not be re-signing another lease with this community. Multiple times before it got cold outside pet owners would allow their animals to poop on the grass without picking it up. The only action management took was sending a lame email to the community with zero action taken. Now that there is snow on the ground it is even more noticeable. It is easy to see it is the same dog owner/dog that is being negligent. This is absolutely disgusting. This is all within the passed week. Not to mention they allow dogs to piss by the entrances to each apartment and it smells of urine."

"I have lived here for over a year and love it! The complex offers beautiful, modern and spacious floorplans for both apartment and townhome living. The neighborhood is close to several walking trails parks and shopping. The office and maintenance staff are all very helpful and friendly and quick to answer any questions, concerns or maintenance request that I have had. The staff also put together fun little events throughout the year for residence to enjoy. If you are looking for a new apartment or townhome to call home in a great location with wonderful staff and great amenities Mansions at Granite Falls is for you."

"Moved into our townhome in the Spring and have loved it. We have The Ashley floor plan and is perfect for the two of us. Have great neighbors. So quiet in the morning and evenings, we enjoy sitting on the patio and have enjoyed the nice clean pool this summer. Because it is a new construction there were a few small issues when we moved in but were resolved in a timely manner. Love Jess in the office. She has been so kind and helpful from day one. Lindsey, the maintenance manager, is great and such a pleasure. Mansions of Granite Falls is a great place to live."

"Honestly when I was looking at these apartments online and read some reviews I wasn't so sure but when we came in for a tour, our opinion changed. Jess at the office gave us a tour. She was super nice and very knowledgeable on details of the apartment. My roommate had zillion questions for her and she was so nice to answer them all without hesitation. We did not like all the floorplans they had but definitely ended up loving one floor plan. I think it is so important to have a good management on top of good apartment when you rent. It makes your life easier. Because of how great Jess was to us, we found our perfect home :)"
