"These are the best apartments in Omaha! They're right next to prairie queen rec area, and they have kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards for residents to use. The staff is incredible, too! The leasing staff is super helpful, and the maintenance crew is quick to fix any issues. Once or twice a month they arrange for food trucks to come through the neighborhood. The units themselves have nice finishes and offer lots of windows for natural light. Our one bedroom has windows on three sides."
"I moved there recently and love the apartment. The community is amazing and each apartment building is unique. It's like living in a European village. The neighbors are friendly, the leasing and maintenance crew are responsive, and I have no complaints...except parking. If you have a garage, good luck getting inside it. Many cars and moving vans will park in the tiny alley between garages. You'll have to wait for them to move or attempt to squeeze into your garage without scratching your car. Myself and both garage neighbors haven't been so lucky. For street parking, it appears there are more apartments than spaces to park. If you're handicapped, there may be a black Maybach parked in the spot."
