"Called the office to ask about touring an apartment a little before noon. Got a hold of someone reasonably quick and they were super helpful in setting up a time to stop in and look at a couple of potential apartments that my roomate and I were interested in."

"Great costumer service and professionalism. The apartments are great and they try their best to match you with a room that best fits your need Edit: it has been close to 1 year now living here and still no complaints. Worth the price. There is a nice gym with all common accessories as well as a nice heated swimming pool. There is also a small conference room and two additional pods with table and a chair in the main office building. I use it often. Did I almost forget the free car wash? So many amenities to list!"

"Took a tour early this week. Here are my thoughts. Nothing says luxury living like driving on to property and seeing cars double and triple parked in front of garages. Let alone construction trailers from tenets taking up parking spots. Best part is hearing cheap diesel and sports cars revving engines around the property. Let alone walking around the side walks and seeing tenets leave the their pets excrement laying in the grass. The interior hallways are scuffed from so many people moving in and out so often. Appliances are ultra high efficiency that kinda work. Doors don’t match let alone squared. Mold/ Algee in the water pipes already. Drafty windows. Plus it appears construction is still going on so u have that noise to deal with. Buildings looked dusty. At 1500 dollars plus price point it feels like you are going to be taken for rather than having a luxury living experience Lord knows how else you will get Nickel and dimed. The staff was approachable and nice. The amenities seemed nice but nothing over the top"

"My experience here was far better than anywhere else I've toured. I'm new to the area and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Holly accommodated me on short notice and went above and beyond answering my never ending questions. The facility is immaculate and the amenities are amazing! (I mean a car wash?! C'mon!) The community seems great and the Staff did not disappoint! I look forward to making a home here!"

"Just moved in and it was a already a very nice area. I was worried I wouldn't be able to access my apartment since i was moving in on a holiday and the staff was unavailable. Thankfully, since this was made known, the staff delivered clear instructions on where to go and how to access the building and what I will find in my room. The only drawback to this move-in was that the initial welcome folder did not contain any keys to my building, apartment, or a key fod, I don't think I can blame the staff since they did ask 1 day prior to me moving in to call them and confirm when I would arrive, I forgot. I imagine if I did call, they would've remembered the keys. The following day, Payton gave me all the keys I needed, relayed that I would get the key fod on Monday and gave me a tour of the clubhouse. My room was in great condition when I arrived and only had minor issues when checking for marks or non-working outlets. I'm glad this place lives up to it's reputation I've heard about."
