"Lots of things are broken down and they just patch them up instead of repairing or replacing. From what I hear, they go up on the rent $50 or more Every year. Management only PT now. Not worth $800+ per month."

"I lived at Tara Heights for 2 years, and truly had a great experience. From the staff always being kind, to being quick with maintenance requests, I never had any issues that couldn’t be handled. It is definitely an apartment where you get what you pay for, but I had no issues with making this place feel like home. I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to stay in the Papillion area for a good price!"

"I’ve lived at Tara heights for about 2 years. Overall it’s a very peaceful place to live, the rent is a decent price and I haven’t really had any issues with any of the main office people, besides never answering the phones in the office, but I get it people are busy. The cons of living here are the washers and dryers are always broken, it’s takes forever for them to get maintenance out, I’ve have 2 very long running issues since we’ve moved in that still have not been taken care of, I’ve just totally given up on trying to get them out. The pool is never open and it is extremely annoying considering that is supposed to be one of our very few amenities that we get, and when I mean never open I’ve been in it once in the two years I’ve been here. And there is never any parking, seriously if you get home past 3pm good luck finding a spot. It is very conveniently placed there’s schools and shopping, grocery stores and a laundry mat near by. It’s only a couple minutes drive to downtown papio and lavista."

"Worst complex ever. They always have to “hire someone to fix something” been here two year and went through 3 different maintenance and mangers here. Got worse every year. Good if you like spending money on a complex,you could get for the same price with a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent went up every year and nothing to show for it. Pool wasn’t up one year and the pool guy charges us to fill the pool through our apartment complex bill"
