"I absolutely loved living at Gold Coast Square Apartments. I was with them for 7 years and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The office staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests. They knew everyone by name and remembered which building and unit you were in, which made getting help really convenient. The maintenance guys were professional, kind, and thorough. I worked from home and they’d politely keep the noise down for me while they worked so they didn’t interrupt my meetings - above and beyond professionalism every single time. The office ladies were top notch and really knew their stuff. It’s a comfortable, conveniently located complex, that’s also cost friendly. My neighbors were considerate, friendly, kept their areas clean, and from all walks of life. I miss the place and the people. It was a great experience, highly recommend."

"I truly enjoy living here just moved in a couple of months ago. The office staff and management are very nice and friendly. Maintenance is top notch and they are always there to help and fix things. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of awesome deck space and lots of square footage and the price is doable. I love having my own assigned parking spot. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for your friendliness and smiling faces when I stop in to say hi and pay rent. Appreciate you all so much."

"Honestly I am very disappointed. We left one apartment and rented another in the same complex. It's been almost 2 months now, and we haven't received our security deposit back. Everytime we ask they say they're writing the check and it will be coming soon.We have heard the same thing over and over again and I guess they're still writing the check because we haven't received anything yet. This is what we get for being good tenants. I find this very unprofessional."

"Amy was a very nice property manager to work with. They are located in a great safe part of town right off of 370, close to the police station, gas station, fast food, mall, and stores. Their pricing is pretty decent for the square footage you get. Plus its right next to a school, so its perfect if you have k-12 children :)"
