"Amazing staff! They are so kind and they do not get annoyed when you are constantly bothering with a million questions like other apartment communities do. Very helpful and reassuring when the stress of moving gets real. They literally had me approved and ready to go in just a couple of hours after applying! The community is fantastic! Reminds me of a nice hotel with all of the upscale amenities! Furthermore, the actual units are amazingly big, open, and beautiful floorplans with updated appliances! During my apartment search adventures, I have noticed the difference in Seldin Company's properties vs. other properties - Seldin takes the time to effectively plan the construction of the properties instead of just throwing together a cheap property. Tuscany Place is well constructed and very clean. I can see that maintenance staff is on top of their game because the property is so clean and well put together. Even the cleaning lady was amazing, as she took me on a tour around the entire community at last minute as I was trying to confirm my choice in this property. I would hire her as she was very attentive and knew the property in every aspect. Lauri is the Assistant Manager, and she is the kindest and most patient person - She helped me with every single question I had. This is a fantastic team, here at Tuscany Place! They also have a lot of fun events for both the human residents and the furry residents (See their Facebook page for details!). I am so excited to be a part of this engaging community! "I live here at Tuscany and I love this apartment so we had a little bit of scuffle at the beginning but we got over them and it has been a wonderful place ever since the management is wonderful and I can say I do highly recommend this place I wish they did have an indoor pool and I wish they would fix the parking lot but otherwise it is great"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY. Long story short, after at least 8 MONTHS my husband and I are finally out of collections. Before my husband and I moved to Washington state due to a PCS (permanent change of station) we were told in an email if we send in the paperwork we would not owe anything. We ended up sending in the paper work and still got sent to collections. We tried contacting Laurie MULTIPLE times asking about an update and she said that “I was on vacation for 2 weeks and after 30 days it automatically sends you to collections” I find that EXTREMELY unprofessional because she did NOT communicate with anyone else in the office regarding the issue. After many many months of fighting with them my husband called Laurie and Kim’s manger to complain and stated how it is ILLEGAL to change military members AND their spouses early termination fees due to a PCS. Thankfully they solved the problem very quickly. Laurie and Kim are trash when it comes to management and I would give them both 0 stars. The rest of the team and the higher ups are wonderful. I am so relieved that the higher ups did something to fix this. This is morally wrong and illegal thinking you can get away with charging military members an early termination fee. Moral of the story DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY. THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER IF YOU HAVE TO LEAVE DUE TO A PCS OR ANY OTHER RELATED LEAVE THAT MAKES YOU EXEMPT FROM PAYING FEES. *update from the reply on my review down below* we have screenshots and all of the evidence trying to contact the leasing team.We sent in the paperwork as soon as we were able to obtain it (less than 30 days from our last day on the lease). The point is it took you guys at LEAST 8 months to remove us from collections. That is ridiculous."

"Nice apartments, staff is nice and helpful, and maintenance is fast to respond to any requests. However, the atrocious state of the parking lot, which looks as though Russia has tried to invade it, knocks at least two stars off of what would be a 5 star review. Will update review if it ever gets fixed. If you drive a lowered car or basically anything aside from an off-road style vehicle, I would avoid these apartments. UPDATE: The parking lot has been patched and repaired, and although the speed bumps are still not lowered car friendly, that’s just a minor gripe from a niche customer. With these repairs, happy to give a full 5 stars! Highly recommend these apartments!"
