"Love it, I’ve lived here for almost 6 years.when without took over and brought in Theresa as a property manager things really looked up for our little community. She really does go above and beyond. She gets food boxes for people almost every week and makes sure everyone has one. Prompt maintenance and very accommodating."

"Avoid living here at all costs!! This company is shady just their land lord Theresa. They have constant inspections for no reason seems like, she will bombard you with notices on a Friday evening and literally give you till Monday morning to resolve them. Failed her section 8 inspection (not personally on it) recently which resulted in them having to do a bunch of work to the property. There was mold in one of our vents never did anything about it. We lost heat in the winter once and when I called she told to just sleep in one room and to put space heaters in there! Mind you I have two kids like who says that to someone with kids. We had been telling her for a while we planned on buying a house in the near future. Had sign our lease and failed to disclose that we were going to forfeit our deposit since we were going to move out after signing the lease, not once was that ever mentioned to us! Oh that's right it was in one of many amended forms she has come back and sign. Pretty much stole my brother's deposit money when he was trying to get a place there, she drug her feet on his application and went on vacation which resulted in him losing his deposit. He ended up getting a place and an answer in less than a week somewhere else. Neve has paperwork ready to sign, and if you refuse to come back and sign after her mess up she threatens with evictions. Do yourself a huge favor and rent somewhere else! She has neighbors watching each other as her spies to tell on one another."

"I absolutely love living here the manager Theresa goes above and beyond for her residents and potential residents the maintenance is fast and reliable. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful the school district is amazing this is a very positive place to raise to raise your children. I am absolutely blessed and thankful to have found this GEM."

"Have lived here 11 years, and several different management companies. The new owner company will never call you back, still waiting for a call back from a message left over a year ago. The manager of the property is unprofessional, rude: will holler at her residents, go through mailboxes and now abusing her power and doing bimonthly inspections of the units. She gives entry notices that last a week long even though tenant law states it must state a specific date, time and reason, but SHE knows everything. The snow removal is awful."

"If you like living in a trash filled complex, never having a manager for more than six months, having neighbors who threaten you, and having obscenities spray painted on the dumpsters this is the place for you. This place was so frustrating and they never listened to us when we lived there. Kids throw rocks at cars all the time and my friends window got smashed while living there. They successfully made sure I would never rent an apartment again."
