"I really was going to prevent myself from writing a review but it’s important more than anything for me to state my peace after seeing the other review that gave me a similar experience I have found this shop about a month ago I was so excited to come in and that quickly went out the window as I was greeted in the manner I would’ve expected given the fact that this is a “healing store” so 1 of the workers followed me around as a means thinking that she is helping me until I told her back off but I let that slide that was my first time going mind you spent about $50 in the store and went back probably the next week and I was greeted by the white skinny boy I kind of knew what I was looking for but I was allowing him to help me and as I was allowing him to help he followed me around the entire store!!!!!! literally I literally had to tell him I’ll let you know when I need you I mean from standing over my shoulder to purchasing sage another woman walks in and he is a different person she ask about the selenite sale which is 40% off and I said wow you mean to tell me it was a sale and you never told me so he pointed to it very nasty “It’s right there” then he kept asking me are you ready ? are you ready? meaning to purchase I’m like you’re not asking her that so why are you asking me that? mind you I spent $77 in the store so I called the owner about a week later and explain the story and she said well to his defense we have had a lot of people come in and steal things and I say well I was recently in the store no reason to steal and I said my hair wasn’t done so I had a beanie maybe I looked different idk and she goes “Yeah that’s to be suspicious especially when there’s no reason to wear a beanie” LIKE IT’S WINTER TIME who isn’t wearing beanies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so that remark rubbed me the wrong way she said I will have a talk with him thank you for calling me and not posting a review but I feel the world deserves to know this how they treat people if you’re worried about people stealing from your shop then hire security to better assist your concerns don’t follow and harrass people cause you are not sure if they are going to buy mind you all of the items are overly priced from the price matching other shops. i wouldn’t consider this shop they don’t greet you with much respect and the intentions are very shady you can feel the energy in there isn’t right or pure. She tried to pity me with a coupon with 10% off like nothing in that shop is cheap lady please keep the funky percentage Further I will no longer give this shop my money or blessings."

"Went there about a year ago. Store owner was watching and following me around the store as if I was going to steal (similar reviews say the same thing). I then took a video of the store to send to my friends to show them the new crystal spot I found. Very typical thing for a 19 year old with snapchat. Anyway, the store owner went up to me and told me no video recordings allowed. That's my bad, I didn't see the sign originally. But she continues on to say that competitors from other stores come in to take videos and steal layout ideas from her? Acting as if I was doing that? Just felt very interrogating. I was literally just taking a video for friends, and not trying to steal her business. Last thing that really irked me was her talking bad about customers. These costumers had come in wanting to buy a pennant, but it was $50 so they declined and left. Store owner was talking about how they were complaining and that her stuff is authentic etc etc. The costumers then come back into the store after they changed their mind to buy the pennant. Little did they know that she was bad mouthing them right before they walked back in, and I honestly should've said something to the costumers. I see that this lady comes onto her reviews to defend herself, but everything I say here is true. Literally my first visit there and I haven't went back since. It seems like I'm not the only one to experience encounters like this. Just a very aggressive environment."

"the people that work here are so kind and helpful!! there is so much to look at and tons of beautiful crystals, cards, candles etc. at good prices. Will be visiting every time I'm in vegas!"
