"Took my lady friend to Penney's for a shopping event, the first thing she wanted was a nice pair of P J s , what a disaster I have seen a better selection at Goodwill , went to women's wear next, disaster #2 I can see why Penney's is struggling to stay alive. We finally left after making 1 purchase which took the clerk 15 min. to figure out what the price was. I don't know who there buyer is for there men and women's clothing or what there business model is for these departments, but in my opinion it's not working."

"For a struggling mall based retail industry, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was here. Usually retail is so understaffed and underpaid that employees are rightfully angry. Maybe I just got a good day. But I went in to get a blazer and had a really nice experience."

"I received fantastic customer service from Kat at the Galleria at Sunset. I visited the store on 10/6/23 and I was warmly greeted immediately upon arrival by Kat. I was looking to buy a plain black polo shirt and khaki pants and Kat offered assistance with my request right away. Kat led me to a black polo shirt which was my size and didn't have any logos on it so I was very happy we found one so quickly. Then Kat and I proceeded to look for khaki pants and Kat patiently stuck with me the whole time until I found exactly what I was looking for. Kat was showing me different styles and different sizes and offering any suggestions she could. Kat was a huge help and I was very grateful for her kindness, patience, and knowledge of the women's department and the store. Kat is a wonderful asset to this location and went above and beyond what was expected!"
