"Automotive department is ridiculous. This is second time I've arrived at 5:45 for oil change and none of the techs in the bay have bothered to tell me that they quit an 1 hr and 15min early. They just avoid making eye contact and pretend Im not there. This is 2nd time ive had to go inside to find a sales associate and was told they decided to close up shop early. They close at 7pm according to their sign. Nobody else was in line. The associate told me there is no way to know when they stop taking cars each day, but it's never 7p as advertised. Is it that hard to make an actual stop time and let ppl know what it is.. or is pissing off customers the business model of choice these days? As I was leaving, they accepted a new car at 6:27pm."

"I love this Walmart location. It has fresh produce and meats with plenty of selections. Staffs are very helpful and informative. Smart isle design and very organized. It's all great except the bouquets a few days after the Valentine's"

"Always has the more popular brands, but lacks inventory on anything else. No, Mike's hot honey today. No pedigree can dog food unless it's chicken. There is no white American cheese. Always seems to be low on inventory. Out of Smirnoff Vodka. Stars are based on today's visit."

"Let me start by saying I hate hate hate this store. I hate how everything is locked up.i hate how I can never find an employee. I hate having to scan and bag my order myself while the employees just stand there watching me do their job. On more than one occasion I have witnessed people walking right out of the store with cart full of groceries not in bags and obviously not paid for right past the receipt checker and out the door. No one attempts to stop them. Wth? Mean while they go over my cart and receipt like I have ft Knox in my cart. And don't even get me started on the pan handlers/ homeless harassing you. The location by the airport on Eastern is a much better location. Items are not locked up. Employees are polite and plentiful. The store is very clean. Well lit parking lot. No harassment by homeless. I will go out of my way to go to this location. Their self checkout is a much better set up as well. So good luck to you if you venture to the Serene location."

"My boyfriend bought these shoes which are clearly in the Men’s slot, but they have stocked Women’s in that section instead. He’s bought these before so had no need to try them on. Now we have the wrong shoes and have drive through construction, deal with traffic and then have to wait in a return line for no apparent reason other than employees not paying attention. You need to make sure your staff stocks things in correct area instead of causing shoppers such an inconvenience."
