"I love love love to support small family owned businesses in my community. Not only was the service exceptional, the cost to repair my bracelet clasp was an incredible value. I was attacked by a dog last year and it broke my bracelet. We took it back to the large chain where it was purchased to inquire about a repair, to find out it would cost a couple hundred dollars just to repair the clasp. And by the way, the large chain had no record of purchase or the warranty that was purchased. UNACCEPTABLE! A friend suggested Gold Casters. So we took it into Gold Casters and the jeweler said it was a simple repair that would cost less than $10. And they would clean it at no charge. Thank you for being an honest company.
