"Very disappointed how much Spencer's has changed."

"Really cute stuff, workers don't seem thrilled at all, seems like some are even faking their attitude, which I understand if you're socially awkward. But one worker.. Oh she had an attitude, that made me feel so unhappy. Didn't get her name, blonde though, from what I remember. Really left an impression, that we'll never return to. Please visit somewhere else, different Spencer's or the hot topic there! Better attitudes at least :/"

"If you're looking for a T-shirt or an adult toy I guess it's okay. Spencer's used to have lots of cool things. Not so much now..."

"I was here and was racially profiled. At first I didn’t notice it, I had picked up 5 shirts and went to the back to look at the lingerie and clearance. One associate comes to “fix” some shirts that I was looking at. I was like okay. Then 15 mins later another associate goes to the back room for no reason, she comes right back out with no merchandise. Then I’m like wait a minute, I was disbelief. I love Spencer’s. So I said to my boyfriend, “if another person comes back here, they’re profiling us.” There we’re so many customers in the front of store but not one associate. They were all standing by the Tshirts on the wall. So I went to look at some more shirts on the other side of the store. And 10 mins another associate comes and “fixes” something by us. There was nothing out of place. I was so upset!!! I left the shirts on a rack and left. I was about to spend at least 100 dollars, but I refuse to give my money to a store that thinks I’m stealing just because of the color of my skin. Do better Spencer’s."
