"Very disappointed. I love TJ MAX. When traveling I stop in to check out what's new and always get a few things. This particular TJ MAX has to do something about their service. The store is stocked, clean and has friendly staff. But the manager needs staff hired or scheduled according to business. The lines are so long. It took longer to get through the payment process than to shop. Only having two registers open with lines wrapping around the aisles doesn't seem very good. Just my two cents."

"Today even though they open at 9:30, they’re still not open - it’s 9:50 am and the employees are making us wait outside in the rain so they can finish an inventory count lol. Do not recommend this TJMaxx. There is always a huge line to check out and barely any cashiers working and everything is so crowded and the aisles are tiny and jam packed. The clearance aisle is atrocious and looks like a garbage pile. Very disappointed."

"I called to find a dress that I have been looking for in multiple locations, I was hung up at twice! The guy “helping” to look for the dress did not feel like listening to the details on the dress, I was about to tell him the brand of the dress and the size I was looking for when the guy cut me off and toll me he will put me on “hold” in reality he hung up on me. Terrible service, I’m giving it two stars because at the third time I called I got a girl who actually cared to listen and gave it a try."
