"Where's the staff? You have all self-checkout registers. The young lady was very sweet and rang me up; I am not employed by Michael's? I do not receive a paycheck from Michael's, so I appreciate so.eone ringing me up. (Of course I know how to. ) The amount of product seemed to be down about 20% from being fully stocked?"
"IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I was shopping with my 2 year old and 2 of the employees were following me around the store! There was other customers in there and they decide so stand at the end of the aisle that I was in and by the exit I feel racially profiled and I would recommend not coming to this location unless you want to feel as if you are being accused of stealing. It was so uncomfortable and very obvious I don't even have words on how awful it made me and my son feel. I wish I could have gotten the 2 women employees names."
