"This was my first visit to Sportsman's Warehouse. A nice, clean store. I found it a little high priced in some s areas. I went in to see their handgun selection. The two gentlemen handling the department were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. However, I had to wait almost 45 minutes for service. I would go again."
"BEWARE.....Zero ⭐. What a joke of a place. They sold me a broken product. When I went to return it they said sorry have a good day. Now I'm stuck with a piece of garbage that doesn't work. There is a 1000 better stores around. This place is over priced and lacks most things. The only reason I went there. Cause I was in a hurry NEVER AGAIN!!"
"Never coming here again. If you plan to bring a firearm into this store you are going to possibly face problems. I walked in and went to the gun counter and asked them if I could try a holster. I had a pocket pistol in my pants and I asked them "am I allowed to pull out my firearm and put it on the counter and test this holster". The sales associate behind the gun counter specifically said that it is okay for me to do this. So I did that, slowly, then showed the sales associate that it was clear, and then I proceeded to test the pocket holsters. Then a manager came out and was mad at me. I explain to him that I asked before I did anything. And then I followed the instructions of the sales associate. And he was still mad at me for no reason. I followed literally everything that they told me to do. And he still got mad at me for no reason. Completely unprofessional. Do not purchase anything from the gun area in the back. He didn't even tell the sales associate that what he said was incorrect either. The whole experience was unnecessary and not warranted."
