They truly provide concierge service from scheduling activities, letting you know exactly what to except and what to bring along on your excursions. We enjoyed a dinner cruise aboard a catamaran along the Napali Coast, explored sea caves on a Napali raft, attended a wonderfully presented Luau, and zip lined through forest trees and across a reservoir. The doors off helicopter tour is a must in order to really see Kauai. Highly recommend them to coordinate all your fun!"
