"Loved it! The customer service was amazing. I booked the wrong amount of kayaks and so I called. The lady who helped me was super nice and did a great job. I received a refund for the extra kayaks and all was good. When we arrived the check in process was easy. They helped us load our kayaks up and we zipped the 1/4 of a mile to the river. They provided detailed instructions and information. The trip to Secret Falls was great. We had a fantastic time and dropped everything off without a hitch. So happy we rented with Bring me a Kayak!"
