Dr. William P. Jacks, MD

"Dr. Jacks is wonderful. He explains my husband's issues very thoroughly. His "bedside manner" is great. He speaks to my husband on a personal level before he gets down to the business of medical. It is so important to me to feel comfortable with my husband's doctor. I know he has a lot of patients but still addresses all of our concerns,etc, until he knows we are understanding the subject at hand. I adore him."

"This place is horrible. Thier bedside manners are non exsistant. Seems to be a common occurrence in this place. If I could give negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and find another primary doctor, because the staff itself will make you walk out."

"Dr. William and Dr. Alvarado have been very nice to me and my mom. But an incident with a staff raised a massive issue with how this establishment operates. When I went in for my appointment with my mom, my mom was helping me resolve an issue with my insurance while we waited in the patient’s room. Once Dr. Alvarado came into the room my mom stepped out to the corridor to continue with the call as to not interrupt the doctor while he was performing his duties. That’s when this unprofessional and immature woman that has no manners named Rakel that should not be working with patients told my mom in a very rude tone she needed to move because my mom was in the way of her patients. My mom apologized and tried to explain to her that she was on a call for her daughter and that she was with me for my appointment. Rakel decided to rudely order my mom to sit in which my mom complied and proceeded to move out of the way to a corner where no patients were coming through. That’s when this Rakel woman decided for reasons unknown that it was ok to yell at my mom telling her to get out of the corridor and that she couldn’t be there, mind you that my mom had no idea she could not be there since this was never communicated to her by this rude lady in the first place. Rakel didn’t even tried to explain or let my mom know in a noncombative way that she couldn’t stand in her spot. Instead Rakel yelled at my mom without provocation like she’s giving orders to a dog. Honestly people like this ruins the reputation of the doctors, other staff members, and the establishment who genuinely cares for the patient. This Rakel lady gives off vibes that she hates her job so much. Maybe she should find a job where she doesn’t have to interact with people or get a grip."

"I’ve been waiting for a biopsy report for over 1 week. My results have been sitting at the office all this time and not one person has let me know my results. I finally called Desert Radiology for my results. Don't wait for your Physician, you could be dead by the time they let you know. I've had numerous complaints about this office. It's terrible and those stairs are huge safety concern. Get it together people! I’ve been waiting for my appointment to see CA Dr. for one month. They call me today and say Dr. Gould doesn’t do anything above the waist and cancelled my appointment. I’ve had BR CA for a year and am still getting the run around for treatment. Very sad. I’ve been a RN for over 50 years and this is how I get treated.."

"My parents have came to Dr. jacks for many years, I love the providers. But the staff is awful no smiles from the front desk, I work in the health field so I expect to be tread the way I would like the patients to come back.But we are not all the same, every single time I go there’s always a problem with the front staff the MAs in the back are always friendly. But lord the receptionists that are front face of the clinic really need more customer service. The manager Yadira is as well not help full remember they are the patients and need to be more respect. Please be mindful that I’ve been coming here for years but the staff has always been horrible. It sucks to have really good doctors but bad staff."
