Had an appointment at 2, waited until 2:30 before going up and reminding the air headed receptionist that my appointment was 30 minutes ago, to which she replied “ I know when your appointment was “ with an attitude. I calmly sat back down because by the grace of the lord I had to remind myself that she would never have the audacity to test others respect outside of her shielded workplace so I wait another 30 minute just to be told I have to call my insurance and make them my primary provider first… That takes an hour to tell someone? At that point I grabbed my cards back and left because I would never trust people like anyone in that office in hands of my health and didn’t want to let them get the best of me, no thanks! Can’t wait until they close down in a few years I already see it coming"
