"They seem a bit unorganized in the new building but everyone is nice and I have no issues."
"The receptionist a blond streaked pale looking lady with glasses was not happy to be there. She didn't smile and had a monotone unfriendly tone from the get go. I had trouble understanding her and I asked her to repeat herself and she spoke to me like a child...slowed down and amplified her speech like I was dumb. It was really embarrassing. I understand that they see many people and she's tired of repeating the same information but have some customer service. I noticed she was extra nice to everyone else after that...she knew she had been not very nice to me. I spoke with my daughter and husband about her and they told me she did the same to her. My daughter who is 12 and was translating for my husband said she had treated her like she was stupid. Everyone deserves respect! If she hates her job at least fake it and give all of us the customer service Labcorp expects."
"By far the best experience I have ever had! I am a hard stick. When I relayed this information to Kenneisha she was kind, humble, and took the time to make sure she wasn't going to hurt me. She even give me several tips and tricks to use with other providers that will make the process less painful and frustrating in the future. She was fun, friendly, and incredibly positive. "Even though there was something wrong with their system and patients before me waited for a while, the staff kept us updated and was apologetic. I was glad when the staff decided to keep employment drug screens separate from other patients. It made my wait just a little shorter, plus I couldn't hold it that much longer.
