"My wife and I came as a walk in for xrays on Fiday Feb 24th. We arrived at 140pm. THERE WAS A SIGN STATING WILL RETURN FROM LUNCH AT 205pm. There was 1 person who was there when we arrived and he said he had a appointment. There was no sign up sheet to sign when we came in. Other people arrived after us and all were seen before us. After waiting almost 3 hours the person at the desk said we were next. I ask her if all who went before me had a appointment and she said no. That's when I became very upset and told her she needs to have a sign up sheet for walk ups to keep from having Kaos. It was very unfair to my wife and I as it took us 3 hours to get my wife's xrays done. This was at the North Las Vegas office on Craig road."

"Great experience overall! Tech was awesome. They even took me in early. Only issue is the customer service line you have to speak to for everything, is very disconnected from the actual office, who usually makes everything work. So it would be much better to speak directly to the office. Also, the lockers and locks are terrible."

"It was the best experience I have ever had, I have panic attacks and I'm claustrophobic. Simon Medical has a standing MRI and Larry. Larry is the best he kept me calm and kept reassuring me that I would be OK. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you LARRY YOU ARE THE BEST."

"Having an MRI can be a bit challenging for some, especially being placed in a "tube". Fortunately, the Craig Road location has an UPRIGHT MRI for those that cannot lay on their back or side or are just plain claustrophobic. From the moment I entered the building, to the time I exited, both Melanie (front desk) and Jade (technician) made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, explained exactly what the process entailed and answered any questions. My MRI was of the skull...so after sitting upright on a very comfortable chair, they lowered, a sort of open football helmet which rested on my shoulders. It was totally open, which allowed me to watch TV...yes watch TV while the scan was taking place. Except for a little banging noise of the MRI, I was still able to hear the TV.....pretty cool. It was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Simon Med, the Upright MRI and especially Melanie and Jade."
