"Spent an hour on the phone getting a quote. Was supposed to get a call on 8/7/20 to set up my new insurance. I was not informed that I must sign up 7 days prior to my existing insurance expiring in order to get the disount of $40 off per month. Never received a call. Called Monday morning to make a payment and was told my insurance was going to be $271 vs. $233 because I missed the discount deadline. If I want the discount they cant start my insurance coverage until 1 day after my current insurance expires. Don't waste time with this agency."
