"Very good service. We stayed at the Marriott and request a pick up. And they came on time and gave us the car. Car was in good shape some sand on floor but nothing crazy. We are in the beach area so it's expected. They offered airport drop off for 28$ flat. I just Uber us for 20$ at the time. Either way you will saving on the rental cost from here rather then the airport one and no lines to wait in."

"Had a flat tire on a rental in Kona. Was able to get to the Enterprise on Luhia St and Kate and Joe took excellent care of me. Had a nice replacement clean and ready when I got there. Thanks again Kate and Joe!"

"Great custom service and very well-kept vehicles. Be sure you have your pick-up and drop-off location correct, as there is a hefty fee for changing locations. Also if you do pick-up or drop-off at the Kona town location and need a ride, get an Uber. The taxi service charges more and only accepts cash which can be a hassle."
