"In my 20+ years of driving I’ve only had three car accidents. Of those three, two happened in a 7 month span in 2023. The first - an animal strike, the second - sideswiped by a careless driver. In both instances, I’ve had the privilege of using Big Island Collision Center.They were recommended by my insurance company & they did excellent work. Getting into an accident is a real pita, but the process to get it repaired was made simple from start to finish. While I hope to not have any further accidents, should the worst happen, I would not hesitate to BICC again. Many thanks to all the hands that helped make my car roadworthy again. At a lot of locations I have encountered, you find service that is lacking in professionalism or politeness, but not here!
