"In my 20+ years of driving I’ve only had three car accidents. Of those three, two happened in a 7 month span in 2023. The first - an animal strike, the second - sideswiped by a careless driver. In both instances, I’ve had the privilege of using Big Island Collision Center.They were recommended by my insurance company & they did excellent work. Getting into an accident is a real pita, but the process to get it repaired was made simple from start to finish. "My girlfriend and I just had our vehicle serviced here after someone ran a red light and hit my front end. The thing that stood out most was the absolutely stellar customer service provided here. At a lot of locations I have encountered, you find service that is lacking in professionalism or politeness, but not here! Communication was great throughout the entire process, they handled the transactions with our insurance and rental car company extremely well, and the repair service was completed much faster than anticipated. Can't say I was happy to have our car get hit, but I sure was glad to have found this location to help us through that tough situation.
