When my check engine light came on and I was having some stalling issues with my VW, they worked with my schedule and were able to get me in very quickly and accommodate me driving over from Hilo side. When it came to the diagnosis, they explained everything super clearly and got the parts ordered from the mainland right away. Pricing was absolutely fair and outlined to me in detail before I agreed to anything. When I picked up my car after the repair, there were no surprises or added charges like you might find at the more unscrupulous island mechanics. On the day of my repair I happened to have jury duty and they even offered me a ride from the shop to the Courthouse so I wouldn't be late - customer service is CLEARLY their top priority...plus they have an adorable shop dog. Literally can't get any better than that! I will be back for sure."
