"The main problem of this store is the Manager Mr. Ikeda. Lack of Customer Service, lack of leadership, terrible service. He is not able to provide solutions to customers. A person with his grumpy behavior is not a leader nor a person able to fit that position."

"Manager Kyle Yamada went above and beyond to explain things to me and I GREATLY APPRECIATED that. He also had one of his employees drop me off and pick me up once my car was done. HUGE difference from my last visit / call into a Firestone. A few years ago I tried calling into both Firestone Hilo and Kona, no answer, but I am SO happy I got through this time. Kyle was SIMPLY AWESOME yesterday! Mahalo Nui Kyle!!!"

"Excellent! Excellent service!!!! We are here visiting our daughter on the island and unfortunately had a flat tire. We went to Midas and the customer service was just awful. We left and went to Firestone. Although, Firestone was higher priced than Midas, we received excellent service from Kyle, the store manager. He was very understanding and helpful. They took us right in and had our car ready to go within an hour. Thank you, Kyle for taking such great care of us!!!! Will definitely use this location again!"
