"Very helpful employees, took time to answer my questions… when the line was pau, one employee came out to help me with my freon. They read the code for my check engine light and gave me a few other tips pertaining to my specific vehicle. Didn’t feel rushed… lots of other customers coming and going seemed happy with the service. Great location, too. Will definitely be back."

"Tried calling this Oreily’s in Kona for hours and getting put on hold. This is the worst Oreilys on the entire island.We need experts working there,knowledgeable,know what their doing and love their jobs and is great at customer service.Corporate needs to evaluate this store immediately.I know I’m not the only one that has issues with this store."
"Staffing problems. Big time they need better. Call in a part which they left for me behind the desk someplace. Came in to grab that part gentlemen tried to help had no clue where it was disappeared in the back for at least 10 minutes finally decided to leave."
"The manager Luis was so kind and efficient, got me what I needed and helped install my new windshield wiper blades even though he had a lot of other things to do. Not the first time I get great help from this shop! Thank you for your hard work!"
