"Came almost an hour early to pick me up for my ride to airport to go to appointment off island. Driver called from my road and said they had another person in car they had to go even though they came almost an hour before my scheduled pickup time. You cannot rely on these drivers."

"Zero Stars!! Horrible terrible attitude malfunction taxi driver ,Alana Colombo, left my service animal and I stuck in Hilo approx 100 miles away from home on one of the hottest days my appointment ended at 2:37 I didn't get home until 8:09 p.m.. She "Alana" pulled up late & got out of her car with a terrible attitude malfunction, viciously taking it out on me. I thought it was over so I got in the car I sign my name on the paperwork with a notation. Alana became hyper inflamed staying in the driver's seat she calls his supervisor nearly yelling she falsify statements that I had made while she was viciously harassing me. As she hung up the phone she Turn off the car left the windows up in air conditioner off demanding that I remove my service animal, self & belongings from her vehicle, I asked her to please turn the air conditioner on while I wait for the next taxi to pick me up, she yelled "Get out of my tax or I'm calling the cops." I was stuck in the vehicle for 25 minutes. Gio's taxi supervisor did absolutely nothing about her employee horrific attitude except for harass & belittle me & threaten to call the cops. If that was not bad enough the female owner called & threaten to not take me home she knew how far away from home I was, she did not care about that or what her driver had done she continued to threaten and harass me to the point of putting me in tears three different times. In tears I told her that I could no longer talk to her and hung up the phone she called right back and started her harassment once again putting me in tears threatening Me all over again. She knew good and well that I was stuck nearly 100 miles & 3 mountains away from home w/my service animal & my health condition rapidly declining. My appointment ended at 2:37 p.m. I did not return home until 8:09 p.m. I was left with no water, no restroom, no food no way or ability to acquire such necessities, in the Blazing Heat & Scorching Sun."
