"Hank is always been extremely friendly and helpful to us. We haven't had too much work done at his shop but my wife had a little fender bender and when she first went to him for an estimate it turned out to be a pretty simple job. he helped her on the spot by punching a couple rivets into the fender to hold one of the plastic pieces and sent her on her way. He has since done a little bit of work for our pool Servicing Company and did a great job"
