"Make sure you check your statements! I thought I had signed up at a specified, non-promotional cost, but apparently it was only a promotional cost that expires. I only found this out after I had been charged an additional $40 for two months because my "promotion had expired." After calling in I found out I was eligible for the same promotion I had been on, so my bill went back to the original amount. Midco got a few more dollars out of me before I noticed, and then they brought me back down to my original monthly cost after signing me up for the same "promotion." Learn my lesson and check your statements monthly, even if you have auto-pay set up, otherwise they'll get more money once your "promotion" expires. I'll be marking my calendar from now on. Service has otherwise been fine, but this doesn't bode well for this customer's satisfaction."

"I am not happy with Midco. I was trying to watch movies over Christmas. Channels that are in my package said they was unavailable. And they was aware of it and was working on it. I was on air TV and had more movie channels then I have with you and pay over $100. A month for. Others are getting package 2 for the same price I pay. I will be disconnecting within a couple days. Not happy."
"I am new to Midco and so far the service itself is as to be expected. I opted to set up myself and it was fairly straight forward. My issue lies with the customer service area itself. While the person who gave my my setup kit was nice enough, the area is not designed for any sort of privacy. It is very clear that it's main purpose is to get you in and out as quick as possible, which is fine until you're having actual problems. There are four standing help stations that are all lined up next to each other, not very far apart, so it sounds like you're in a call center with everyone talking at once. You're asked to give your security information while being within earshot of the next person over. Two of the four customers that were there when I was were elderly and there was no place for them to sit while they received help. This is setup is unfortunately not uncommon, but I was upset enough about the lack of privacy I saw for the elderly people who were there, who are a part of a vulnerable group of people, that I felt the need to leave this review."
