"The office staff can never do their job. The doctors barely in the office to do his job. If you have a kid they don’t care. I would advise you to go somewhere else they don’t do the prior authorizations on time. The doctor is never in the office and when he is, he doesn’t care they have no other doctor, assistant, or other doctors in the office if your doctor is not available to get your medication refilled it’s just a horrible clinic with horrible people"

"I had to wait 2 months for this appointment for my son. Only to wait in the office for over 45 mins. We saw the dr leave the facility. When we asked if there was gonna be much more of a wait they said he was with another patient. Umm no lies he left. I saw him drive off. Don’t waste your time here. Another lady said that how it is every time she comes, over 2 hours in waiting. What’s the point of an appointment"

"This doctor saw my daughter at spring mountain treatment center. Did not encourage to take meds or participate in group therapy. Because she was not a threat to herself he released her from the clinic. I went to pick her up and she then herself out of the car! On foot she was running. Metro came a basically because she is an adult I could not force her in the car or bring her home . They let her walk away. I have no clue where she is or how she is This doctor is worthless !"

"My wife called for a refill for medication for a viral outbreak that has occurred for years. She has been taking the same meds for over 10 years as needed for outbreaks but this place demanded that she have to come in to be prescribed more. Even though she has taken many many times before. No one should be stupid enough to be in this field and think it's OK to schedule you out weeks for a viral infection medication. Avoid unless you enjoy pointless stress."
