"Doctor Ramos is great doctor. He cares about his patients and always let's me discuss all my health concerns. Front desk is very nice and friendly. Wait time is little bit long, but in Vegas is very hard to find a good doctor, so I'm okay to wait and will continue see this great physician."

My first day here, walk-in patient and the staff here have been nothing but fabulous and accommodating. right off the gate, they helped me out and the service was good. i am a walk in patient and I didnt have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Dr Ramos, the front office staff, medical assistants were all so nice and generous. i recommend this NEM over any other office. a++++ 5 star rating here."

The front office was bright and efficient, the Medical assistant was pleasant and lovely, and Jimmy Ramos their N.P. was thorough and extremely helpful. "I came in with a scheduled appointment (not walk in) and my name wasn't called for over two hours. When I finally met with the doctor he came off rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with the comments he was making. He told me that I was sitting on his desk (which wasn't a desk) all I seen was 2 doctor beds with the roll out paper on them in the doctor room, so how was I suppose to know which one to sit on? He automatically assumed that all I wanted was pills which was totally not the case. I came in to get assistance with LOA paper work so that I can take a little more time off work after my mother passed away. I was already going through enough at this point and I did not need ANYONE talking to me or treating me like that. I changed my PCP so fast..."

"The first I came to this clinic I had been seen by Jimmy Ramos he was over all pretty much a good Dr. I came today I haven't been seen in awhile I had many concerns of my health. Ive had tonsillitis in the past, my tonsils are very inflamed and I've been in a lot of pain. I had seen doctor Lily lero, it was my first time having her she did not even let me explain my concerns she took a quick look at my ears and throat she did not let me speak she kept talking over me she said my tonsils aren't inflamed, when clearly they are inflamed , then towards the end she's telling she's giving me paperwork to get lab work done and she said if there was anything specific that I wanted to be tested for I said no she said "what about STD's?" I feel very offended and belittled, I certainly would not recommend this doctor to anyone. It was very important to me today to be seen and I did not get the correct care needed."
