"I bought eyeglasses frames online and had Sam's Club Optical make the lenses for my frames. After waiting for a week they told me they made a mistake and were going to send the lenses back, so I waited another week and finally they called me. When I went to pick up my glasses I saw that the lenses didn't fit correctly and that they had changed the little screws on the frame with longer screws, that was to make the lenses fit. The glasses just looked terrible and I hate to have spent so much money on something I don't like and it was all because they lack professionalism when taking measurements or owning up to their mistakes. I would not recommend this optical to anyone.They should have taken new measurements and made new lenses. I also payed extra for the lenses to be thin and the lenses they gave me are huge, really thick, that makes me question if they even did what was required from them..."
