"The therapist for the first two visits I was helped. The third time the therapist walked up to me and said, “Go to the treadmill and set your pace and do ten minutes. For the remainder of my exercise schedule I did not receive any assistance. Thinking I am finished I said goodbye, at that moment one of the therapist said did you do your leg exercises I said no thank you for reminding me. I went to complete the final exercise. I believe there is opportunity for improvement in the staff to be more attentive to the patient needs. My take away from this experience is, well you have been here twice now you are on you’re own. "The staff is very nice. I feel like the ladies in the late afternoon are not as attentive as Tyler is. I’m not sure if they are just front office workers or actual therapists. Tyler is very thorough and increases my exercises according to what I need."

"The staff is amazing. I've had pain ranging from minimal to extreme. ATI will take their time with you to make sure you walk out of the appointment feeling better than when you walked in. They also send you home with information and exercises just incase a problem arises. I would recommend this place to any and everyone."
