"Worst place you can possibly go. I love the receptionists and the nurses, they are all so sweet and make you laugh, but the doctors suck. They’re not real doctors. I was loving my experience so far until I was in too much pain from my Sciatic nerve and I came in for them to help me and they walked in the room for 2 minutes and said they’ll schedule me for Physical Therapy. The doctor said there’s nothing they can do because all the treatments done at concentra are from Physical Therapy. I couldn’t even walk and I needed to go back to work that night and they said that I would have to deal with it till they can get me into Physical Therapy. The doctor pretty much isn’t a doctor, and told me something that i could’ve heard from the receptionists or the nurses. There was no need for me to wait the 25 minutes in pain just to hear “We’ll schedule you for Physical Therapy later this week, best of luck”. What’s the point of having “Doctors” or people with a PHD degree if they aren’t going to be doctors? Literally any other person in the building including the patients could have done what the “Doctor” did. NOT REAL DOCTORS!!! They WILL NOT treat you here. I asked them for an MRI and they said they can’t give me one because it has to be requested by the Physical Therapist. Is the Physical Therapist the only real Doctor in this building? They also tried releasing me from care and treatment on the 2nd day I had been there. They said I no longer need treatment, even though i’ve only been to 2 Physical Therapy sessions and have had a spinal injury for 9 weeks and was STILL in excruciating pain. I told them I need to stay and finish more Physical Therapy and they said it’s not necessary, but I insisted. Don’t let them push you around, they are tricky. They are just trying to make money off the insurance and have you treated for only as little appointments as possible. DONT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. They also filled out my Amazon paperwork incorrectly……3 times, which delayed me going back to work and I wasn’t able to get any payments from Sedgwick or Amazon for almost 3 weeks. They really screwed me over here. I suggest if you are coming here for an Amazon work accident, call your Sedgwick case manager and have them send you a list of Doctors to go elsewhere. They have a huge list of doctors that they cover and these are REAL doctors and surgeons. Take the advice from me, i’ve dealt with so many things over the 2 months of my case…CALL YOUR CASE MANAGER AND GET TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!! I hope the owner of this place sees this comment or some kind of manager or higher up. I am so disappointed in you guys, and I have already reported this to Sedgwick and they are taking further action against you guys as well. One of the doctors told me about your insurance scam so you can get paid more money for treating someone so little, and Sedgwick is not happy about it. I hope this comment helps anyone that has had issues with them and was confused why. If i could give -100 Stars, I would. Unfortunately, that’s not an option so here’s my REAL 1 star review of this terrible place that needs to be shut down!!!!! THANK YOU!"

"The staff was professional and friendly. They said I had a hour wait. But it was faster. The system they have works very well. The xray technician was friendly and fast. I enjoyed my experience. And would recommend then to all. Thanks"

"The ladies that addressed me at the front desk were rude. They spoke to me like I was putting them out because they had to do their job. But as soon as I was in the back everybody from the nurse that helped me and the Dr were extremely polite and helpful. I think the front office needs some customer service training and maybe a little more sunshine in their life."

"Check in was very fast and they were friendly. the waitress was kinda long but I was early so that was a given. The assistants were very nice and caring. the Dr. was kinda rude. she over talked and told me how I was feeling VS asking how I was feeling. I never hit the results from my X-RAY. she was telling me I got information that I never received and was short with me. wasn't a comfortable experience. I actually requested a different doctor so we will see how that goes"
