"It’s no surprise this place has a lot of one star reviews. in January 2023 I came to this place with my face spilt open. They made me sign papers & WAIT in the lobby for 30 mins as I was bleeding from my face!! I started to get impatient as I could feel myself slowly get weak & they told me to sit there & wait for the police to come!!! SO INSTEAD OF HELPING ME WHILE I WAS BLEEDING FROM MY FACE THEY MADE ME SIT IN THE LOBBY & WAIT! I could’ve passed out!!! I had my ride take me to aliante hospital instead after waiting 30 mins in camino Al Norte lobby, when I arrived to aliante they sent me right to the back INSTANTLY & put stitches in my face. I needed 10 stitches!! That’s how severe it was. Thank God for aliante hospital! they put the work in first & asked questions later!! 0/10 to this Hospital on Camino Al Norte & all of there staff!!!!"

"I’m definitely seeing a common theme here in the reviews . It’s unfortunate when they put a place like that where it is predominantly Black people if you don’t want to serve the community you should not be there. To have to call out a doctor after we’ve been waiting in triage and walk back into the waiting room and see him take two other people to the back is absurd. The care has definitely went down since first opening and the reviews show. 2.5 stars is not a place I would go to."

"My mother in law was there last night to check on an infection that could kill her, she already had CT scan results but they made her do another and they did it wrong. She was there for 4 hours straight and they discharged her without seeing a doctor. After reading all these reviews, all of us need to go to the medical board and report this hospital for their medical malpractice, there are people dying and they’re not doing anything about it. We all need to take a stand against these people."

"i'd give zero stars if it were possible... had a whole miscarriage and came here as an emergency visit. Not even 15 minutes after finding out, in the middle of crying they came into my room asking for money. that's all these people care about! Not anyone's wellbeing. Had to take my boyfriend here for a number of symptoms he was experiencing, the staff has a way of making what you feel INVALID. Smart mouths too. I wouldn't trust these people with my life."

"I came in at 3:30pm and didn’t leave until around 9pm for a sprained wrist examination. Multiple people continued to come in and out being treated way before me. They seemed to have no sense of urgency, as a walk-in urgent care."
