"*****AVOID***** WARNING!!!! I have never left a review on google before but this is the absolute worst company I have EVER seen about billing your insurance. Completely INCOMPETENT! I only had two visits about 8 months ago and they have sent me a bill every 30 days and every 30 days I call them and tell them that they did not submit a claim to the medical insurance correctly. So therefore my insurance says I owe 0. Then ATI send me the bill for some ridiculous amount for being in there 2 times to do some stretches for $768 bucks lol! After 5 months of dealing with them they finally submitted a claim for the first visit with insurance. Now they are still sending me bills for the second visit last year. If you want to be irritated to hell and sent an email every month saying "watch out for your ATI statement coming in the mail" and open your mailbox to ATI each month and then call their billing department again and again and again trying to tech them how to file an insurance claim then go ahead and enjoy your physical therapy there! They will not file an insurance claim properly. I guess they just irritate people into paying cash so they will go away. Worst medical billing experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "The staff that assist in my physical therapy seem to be knowledgeable and professional. Very kind, my knee replacement seems to be healing well, although I have some concerns with scar tissue build up. We haven’t as of yet discussed massage treatments that would be helpful in preventing scar tissue buildup. Overall experience, very courteous, and friendly."

I was still doing all the exercises they gave me plus I added a few exercises like walking on the treadmill and tried to stand on one leg.
