"Best new patient appointment ever. Everyone was lovely and I was taken back super quickly. I saw Nikki (Nergui Terbish) APRN. I never felt rushed and she went over my entire chart with me. She took the time to ask me questions and truly listened to me. We made my future medical decisions together and she took into consideration what medications were covered and what the costs were for my care. I am so pleased with my experience. "Moving to North Las Vegas 2 weeks ago, we have no pediatrician yet! The staff here were fantastic to our 10 month old girl on Sunday morning! The front desk girls were so very welcoming and made our check in quick and comforting. Our check in nurse and nurse practitioner knew EXACTLY what was happening with our baby. Got our meds and 3 days later, she was all better! Mahalo! The Rodrigues family"

"I would highly recommend this facility. The girls up front at the urgent care side were so incredibly inviting and kind to myself and my son. They were very friendly and attentive. The provider was very empathetic and she took her time being thorough with myself and my son. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the nurse who took my son’s vitals wrote down that he is 24kg ( 54 pounds) instead of 24lbs. This could have been dangerous had I not caught it before getting our antibiotics. She also wrote down that he had a head laceration which ended up wasting everyone’s time, because had she actually looked and maybe asked she’d have seen that it’s a birth mark."

"The front office staff edelyn, Julie, and Jan were amazing and friendly. This quicker care has a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. The back office was knowledgeable and the nicest nurses I’ve ever met. Thank you Jackie and April for being so kind and having such positive energy! They get you in and out as fast as they can with out you feeling rushed. Dr. Mariz was as amazing as the whole staff at this location."
